Welcome to Soluxy. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Soluxy platform and our design services (“Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you (“you,” “your,” or “user”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Services
Design Services:
Our primary offering is professional design services, including but not limited to branding, graphic design, web design, and related creative deliverables. Each engagement may be subject to a separate proposal, scope of work, or service agreement that specifies project details, timelines, and deliverables.
Digital Product (Cardio):
As a secondary offering, we provide a digital card platform that allows users to create, manage, and share their personal or professional identity through a digital card. This product offers a modern, convenient, and eco-friendly alternative to traditional business cards.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our Services only for lawful and appropriate purposes. You may not use the Service to engage in illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or disruptive behavior. Unauthorized use, abuse, or violation of project agreements may result in suspension or termination of access.
3. Client Content and Ownership
Design Services:
All materials you provide to us (logos, text, images, brand assets, etc.) remain your property. You grant us the necessary rights to use such materials to deliver the agreed design services. Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables will be transferred to you, unless otherwise stated in your proposal or agreement.
Digital Product (Cardio):
By uploading content to the card platform, you confirm that you have the rights to do so. You grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content within the Service. You retain ownership of your content. Deleted cards cannot be recovered. No refunds will be issued for deleted or unused cards.
4. Fees, Credits, and Payments
Design Services:
Fees for design services are agreed upon in advance, outlined in invoices or proposals, and must be paid according to the agreed schedule. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable once services have been rendered or design work has commenced.
Digital Product (Cardio):
The product uses a credit system. One credit is required per card creation. Once a credit is used, it is non-refundable. All purchases are final. If you encounter technical issues, please contact our support team.
5. Modifications and Availability
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services (design services or product platform) at any time without notice. While we aim to maintain timely delivery and uptime, uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
6. Data Collection and Analytics
We may collect project-related data (for service improvement) and web analytics (for the platform) to enhance performance and user experience. By using our Services, you consent to this data collection and usage.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will meet your requirements or be free from interruptions, errors, or security issues.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
10. Updates to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Services indicates your acceptance of any updates.
